Carriage / Postage
All orders placed by UK customers and received by us before 2 pm Mon-Friday will be dispatched same day and sent first class via royal mail, orders placed later than 2 pm will be processed next working day and sent first class via royal mail.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed next working day (Monday).
We always obtain Proof of posting.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 7 days after goods have been received, if goods have been dispatched you are liable for the return of the goods and the postage costs. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the original goods complete and undamaged.

Returns
We supply brand new 1st class products unless otherwise stated. Please contact us to arrange returns.

Faulty / damaged on receipt
All Faulty damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Where we will arrange an immediate replacement.

Incorrect goods
if we deliver you the wrong goods we will immediately rectify the situation and we will cover all postal charges.

Exchanges
Carriage costs for delivering an exchanged item will be charged.
